Can I just say, the first day of May was definitely not a disappointment. Clear skies, warm breezes...I had to pinch myself. What made the day even better was the fact that it was Civvies Day. Going to a uniform school, this meant it was a day for us to wear whatever we wanted...but you had to donate $2, of course. I finally broke out my skater skirt and it couldn't have been a better day to do so. I added a striped t-shirt, light denim jacket, gray beanie and my new creepers to complete the outfit. But I must say, Canadians aren't exactly big skirt-wearers.
